Rich Homie Quan was rushed to hospital after suffering a double seizure last night (May 6).

The rapper, real name Dequantes Lamar, was shooting a music video with Compton MC Problem for their ‘Walk Thru’ collaboration in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park when he suffered back-to-back convulsions, TMZ reports. According to his rep, Quan fainted after experiencing heat exhaustion and then suffered the seizures.

He was taken to a nearby hospital where he is currently in “good condition.”

Rich Homie is far from the first rapper to suffer such a health scare. Rick Ross was forced to make an emergency landing after suffering a seizure mid-flight in late 2011, while Lil Wayne has been plagued by convulsions in the last two years.

TMZ famously misreported that Weezy’s seizures had brought him to his death bed in March 2013.
