Winning the Rose Bowl has Michigan State University feeling 'Some Type of Way.' The Spartans beat Stanford yesterday (Jan. 1) in the 100th Rose Bowl and celebrated with their season's good luck charm, Rich Homie Quan.

The entire team danced to the rapper's hit song in their locker room and posed for pictures with him after the big win. Quan watched all the action from the sidelines. "At the RoseBowl game. Thank u to Michigan state #blessed #gostate," he tweeted, with his tickets in hand. "Winning to 100th Rose Bowl makes me feel some type of way!!!" tweeted player Mike Sadler with a flick of himself posing alongside the 'I Promise I Will Never Stop Going In’ creator.

"For me to be on the field with Michigan State at the Rose Bowl, I'll have the butterflies," Quan said before the game in an interview with MLive. "I didn't go to college, so this means a lot. I just want to shout out to the whole Michigan State alumni, it's so special just to be a part of this movement."

MSU and Rich Homie Quan have forged a strange friendship this football season. Complex shares that the rapper's 'Some Type of Way' has served as a theme song of sorts for the team. Even head coach Mike Dantonio was spotted dancing to the catchy track.
