Remy Ma's request to travel across the pond for a five-country European tour was denied by New York Judge Rena Uviller on Thursday. The rapper, who was charged with shooting her longtime friend, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, in the stomach for allegedly lifting $2,000 from her purse, claims she hasn't been able to make money touring Stateside since her July arrest.

To add insult to injury, the rapper -- born Reminisce Smith -- and her record label were slapped with a $10 million civil lawsuit Friday. Shooting victim Barnes-Joseph filed the suit, which claims Smith's record label encouraged her violent behavior.

Smith's attorney Ivan Fischer responded to the suit calling it "irresponsible," and claimed it's "looking for the deepest pocket it could find."
