Remy Ma’s Prison Release Delayed Due To Disciplinary Reasons

Not so fast! Contrary to widespread reports of her release, Remy Ma is still in prison.

According to REVOLT, the Bronx rapper got into some sort of altercation on July 21, and has been in solitary confinement ever since — thus effecting her release.

As we shared earlier, the ex-Terror Squad member was supposed to be let out today, and her husband Papoose, as well as her supporters were outside waiting, expecting to give her a grand welcome. And based on a few Instagram posts, they had several exotic cars waiting to drive her away.

Clearly, Remy’s team wanted to send a message to the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility by carting the rapper off in style.

Miss Info reports that around noon, prison officials came out and spoke to Papoose, personally, and soon after, he and his crew left. In a strong show of restraint, Papoose was reportedly calm despite the news.

As of now there hasn’t been a new release date set, so the rapper’s fans will have to be a little more patient. Stay tuned. There will definitely be more to come on this story.
