Ray J is in big legal trouble. The Los Angeles County District Attorney hit the R&B singer with 10 misdemeanor crimes for his drunken behavior at a bar inside the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., last May.

As we previously reported, the reality TV star was allegedly causing a disturbance at the hotel bar and refused to leave. When the police arrived, Ray J was handcuffed and, while in custody, allegedly spat on an officer and kicked out a window of a patrol car.

According to TMZ, among the crimes the 33-year-old crooner is facing include sexual battery, even though police said that no such crime was committed. He has been charged with one count of battery, four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery and two counts of vandalism.

We hope his attorneys are on deck because these are some hefty charges.

So far, Ray J has made no comment on the matter. But he did leave these words of wisdom on his Instagram page.
