Rapsody has been on a winning streak with her latest singles for her weekly #JamRocFridays series. Last week (July 7), she delivered a banging track called “The Pain,” produced by Nottz. This week, the North Carolina native comes through with “The Point,” produced by veteran hitmaker 9th Wonder.

The song features a bopping bass groove, shimmering keyboards and a boom-bap beat. On the head-nodding track, Rapsody spits a point-guard flow worthy of a Steph Curry payday.

"Everything is a chess game / I learned how to play well / Let go of them lame dudes / Peace out to wack females / Come get you a real one / So you learn how real love is / My peoples say go head / I'm on it like Kim Fields, facts, facts," she raps.

Polyrhythmic singer Nai Palm of celebrated group, Hiatus Kaiyote, assists with her soulful vocals on the chorus making this one of the hottest songs of the week with plenty of replay value.

If you haven't already, get familiar with Rapsody's Crown mixtape, which was one of the best rap releases of 2016.

Let's hope Rapsody continues to drop more bangers for the #JamRocFriday series and that there's a new album on the horizon.
