Rapsody continues to prove that 'She Got Game' by releasing her latest song, 'Lonely Thoughts,' a collaboration with Chance The Rapper and Big K.R.I.T.The song's laid back canvas was produced by Denuan Porter (aka Mr. Porter), and is perfect for the introspective stream-of-conscious rhymes that come from the three rappers. Rapsody's verse details the journey of the independent grind and the decision to put out her latest release for free. It's a topic Chance speaks up on in the middle verse also, saying "They're saying 'Acid' is an album, retail it/I said I got way too much soul for me to sell it."

Perhaps it then makes sense for the closing verse to come from the modern era's king of the mixtape grind, Big K.R.I.T. The Mississippi native's verse speaks on trust issues and loyalty, fitting for a man who has straddled hip-hop's line between being underground and commercial by building a solid independent fan base which led to a major label album deal.

The original version of 'Lonely Thoughts' appeared on Rapsody's 'She Got Game' mixtape, hosted by DJ Drama. On the mixtape, the song did not feature K.R.I.T. As the project has been well-received thus far, the North Carolina native is going to be putting out a drop-less version of the project for sale on iTunes on September 17.
