Rae Sremmurd is being sued by a fan who says the duo damaged his nose after throwing a water bottle from the stage. But now, Swae Lee revealed his plans to fight back.

Speaking with TMZ, the rapper said he is planning to countersue. "I'm about to countersue cause he lying," Lee told the site. "Ain't finna cause me stress. I'm finna countersue."

When asked how he could prove he or his brother Slim Jxmmi didn't throw a bottle, Swae said, "Because I do like 3,000 shows, but I never threw a bottle off stage, and Jxmmi never threw a bottle off stage, so these are false accusations. So I'm about to countersue."

According to the original court documents, the man claims the incident happened at an October 2016 concert. The lawsuit alleges that both members of Rae Sremmurd threw a full water bottle into the crowd. The man claims he was hit so forcefully that "a chunk of his face" was torn off. He allegedly suffered permanent scarring and disfigurement.

In more positive news for the duo, it was recently announced the two would be teaming up with Valiant Entertainment for their first comic book project, SHADOWMAN/RAE SREMMURD #1.

“Comic books are a form of entertainment. I get to make all the sounds and effects in my head. It’s just like you use your imagination – you go through the pictures and the pictures are always awesome. It’s like an escape from reality,” said Jxmmi. “Shadowman is crazy. It has a lot of twists and turns. It keeps me involved and interested. I can’t even take my eyes off of Shadowman when I read it. I have to finish the book.”
