Queen Latifah reigned supreme at Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday (Feb. 2). The singer-actress sung 'America the Beautiful' before kick off of the big game.

Latifah was backed by a full band and the New Jersey Youth Chorus, which is composed of 72 girls in grades seven through 12. She performed a very tender yet beautiful rendition of the patriotic song, which was penned by the late tunesmith Katharine Lee Bates.

Latifah wore a white turtleneck sweater with a long blue coat and brown gloves, while the Youth Choir donned all-white coats.

This isn't Latifah's first time performing the patriotic song at a Super Bowl. In fact, the entertainer performed the song with a gospel choir at the 2010 Super Bowl.

As for her performance at this year's game, viewers seemed pleasantly happy with Latifah’s rendition of 'America the Beautiful.'
