Q-Tip Launches A Tribe Called Quest Mixtape Channel on Pandora Radio

This year we mourned the loss of Phife Dawg and celebrated the return of A Tribe Called Quest with their stellar album, We Got It From Here ...Thanks 4 Your Service. Q-Tip is extending the love with the launch of a Pandora radio channel dedicated to ATCQ.

According to Okayplayer, Q-Tip (aka Kamaal the Abstract) will premiere a mixtape/channel called “We The People,” on Wednesday (DEc. 14), which will feature tracks from ATCQ and the Native Tongues family.

Q-Tip told BBC Radio's Annie Mac that there will be more ATCQ-inspired content in the future. “Stay tuned for any other incarnation because we don’t intend on stopping," he said. “That was Phife’s M.O., this time we gotta do it and keep going. He’s left us with the equation of how do we do it, but we’re going to need it, and we’re going to continue.”
