Outside of music, Pusha T has been killing the sneaker game with his successful partnership with adidas Originals. For his next release with the popular sneaker brand, King Push takes us to the hood and celebrate the neighborhood bodegas.

In the short film, “Bodega Babies,” we get to see various bodegas and the going-ons inside and outside of these corner stores. “You got to have bodegas in the neighborhood,” said one citizen in the film. “They are like pillars of the community. They are family.”

Also in the film, Fabolous’ longtime girlfriend, Emily B, stops by a bodega and chats with the store owner and locals. You can also hear Pusha T spit his narrative about the people who inhabit the bodegas. From barking pitbulls, domino games, bodega cats, dudes wearing durags and more, the visual is more of a salute to the hood as well.

Meanwhile, the Pusha T x adidas EQT Support Ultra PK sneaker (aka "Bodega Babies") comes in a “Hard Beige” color (inspired by paper bags) with reflective stripes, carp leather paneling and “King Push” metal lace-locks. The limited-edition kicks will arrive at retail stores on Nov. 3 for $220. To check out pictures of Pusha T's new sneaker, head over to sneakernews.com.
