Prince’s estate has partnered with Universal Music Group’s Bravado to become the estate’s exclusive branding and licensing partner worldwide, reports Billboard.

Bravado is UMG’s merchandise and brand management arm. The company will work closely with the Prince’s estate to manage retail ventures and licensing deals for Prince’s brand.

Bravado has provided merchandise and licensing assist to numerous music acts like Kanye West, Adele, J. Cole, Sade, Alicia Keys, Lil Wayne, Usher and more. So expect to see authorized Prince T-shirts and other memorabilia coming to a local retailer and online store near you.

"Prince’s legendary performances, his unmistakable style and music, his incomparable artistry -- all continue to make a lasting impression on art, music, culture, design and fashion and will continue for generations to come," said Mat Vlasic, CEO of Bravado. "[We] will bring passion and energy to working with the Estate to create unmatched opportunities and ensure Prince continues to thrill fans and impact culture around the world.”

Bremer Trust, administrators of the Prince Rogers Nelson Estate, hired veteran music executives Charles Koppelman and L. Londell McMillan to secure the partnership. “We are very happy Bravado will be the worldwide exclusive merchandise company for Prince, whose fans around the world will soon have new, exciting opportunities to connect with their favorite artist," said McMillan and Koppelman in a statement.
