Rihanna's "Work" is one of the hottest songs of 2016 and it was penned by several songwriters and producers including PARTYNEXTDOOR and Boi-1da. Now the reference track created by the OVO Sound singer has surfaced online.

The full version of song's reference track features the Canadian artist taking the helm for the single. The alternate version still features rap superstar Drake as well but not the exact same verse.

Although we're not sure if we like PARTNEXTDOOR's version (he did write the track) better than Ri-Ri's version. Plus, without it, we wouldn't have got the amazing double video with Rihanna twerking and dancing for Drizzy. Not to mention, the countless memes that ensued afterwards.

Either way, it seems that fans will have plenty of new songs to hear from PARTYNEXTDOOR since his debut album P3 seems to be dropping soon. The "Come and See Me" singer posted a photo on Instagram that hinted of a release coming soon. "After Views & P3...," it read alluding to Drizzy's Views From the 6 which is dropping on Friday (April 28). We can only hope that P3 will follow closely.

In the meantime, check out PARTYNEXTDOOR's reference track below before the internet police take it down.
