Looks like Oprah Winfrey and Jay-Z are officially besties. Jay-Z appeared in the October issue of Winfrey's 'O Magazine' and later taught her how to rap on her daytime talk show. But it was the hip-hop heavyweight's shout out to the media mogul in his 'Blueprint 3' track 'On to the Next One' that caught Gayle King's attention, prompting her to ask O, "Do you know that he has rapped about you in a song? Are you aware of that?"

King cued up the track and, hilariously, sang along as Jay rapped about hanging with Oprah in his hometown. "Meanwhile had Oprah chillin' in the projects/ had her out in Bed-Stuy, chillin on the steps/ drinking quarter waters, gotta be the best," Hov boasts in the Swizz Beatz track.

"That is so cool," Oprah told Jay-Z while beaming about the honorable mention.

Check out Oprah's reaction after the jump.
