Omarion and Apryl Jones Welcome Baby Girl [VIDEO]

Omarion and his girlfriend, Apryl Jones, welcomed a new addition to their family on Monday (March 7). The couple are now the proud parents of a new baby girl.

The R&B singer hopped on Snapchat early this morning to announce the exciting baby news to his fans. "You know why I'm in such a good mood? It's because I had my daughter this morning," he revealed.

This will be the couple’s second child; they already have one child together, a son named Megaa, whom Apryl gave birth to in 2014. There’s no official word on the name or weight of the newborn.

King O went on Twitter today to thank his fans who showed their love and support."Thank you so much for all of your wishes!" he tweeted.

In a 2015 VIBE interview, Omarion said fatherhood has inspired his creativity in making music. “When you have a child, you really understand what it means to love, to have something to be selfless for,” he explained. “I think that elevates you. It elevates your consciousnesses, your level of thinking, your art and the way you approach it — everything."
