Nike has never been one to keep their technology separate and the latest hybrid affair when it comes to their sneakers involves borrowing from the apparel section. The result is a massive collection of kicks all decked out in Nike’s Tech Fleece material for a style and fit that’s not like anything we’ve seen before.

The fabric can be found covering five silhouettes including the Nike Cortez, Nike Air Huarache Run, Nike Roshe Run, Nike Internationalist and Nike Juvenate -- each in several colors. The chosen silhouettes all have knit-friendly uppers so the inclusion of Tech Fleece doesn’t feel like that much of a stretch at all (no pun intended). Sonic fuse and nubuck also pop up to help define the shape of each model, rounding out the aesthetic of the drop. This merger of form and function is even more robust.

The sneakers are set to release later this year and you can bet your bottom dollar that when they do, joggers won’t be the only ones running to the store to cop.
