Nike Lunar Force 1 ‘World Basketball Festival’

With the World Basketball Festival set to pop off in Chicago on Aug. 13 it's no surprise that Nike would have a few special releases on deck. One of which being a Nike Lunar Force 1 with a really cool pebbled leather upper.

This time the iconic model comes fully costumed as a basketball with a team orange pebbled leather upper that is completely covered in knobby little dots. The sneaker is trimmed in loyal blue on the lining and a translucent outsole that fades from dark to light. With white leather trim and a World Basketball Festival logo on the heel these represent to the fullest.

The sneakers are set to go on sale to select Nike retailers on Aug 14 for $125. A small price to pay for something this commemoratively fresh. Get into it!
