Nike Air Trainer Max ’91 – University Red / Black

When it comes to sneakers the early '90s are unparalleled in innovation and quality and of course Nike was a forerunner. With that bit of context the Nike Air Trainer Max '91 was unlike nothing we'd ever seen back then and it still holds up to this day.

On this outing the aggressive trainer gets even more surly with the use of university red trim along its black nubuck upper. The colorway does much to enhance the sneaker's build which is defined by cut out ankle collars and a midfoot strap that snakes along the lace plate.
