Without fail, the gum bottom is one of the most foolproof additions to any sneaker and its colorway. Something about the neutral-toned addition really enhances any silhouette its placed under and the latest of its benefactors is the Nike Air Huarache Light.

The sneaker itself is decked out in a simple gray tonal build, which finds suede and mesh providing the texture. The translucent plastic lace plate gets in on the act as well with bits of black branding serving as the only real accent color. Contrast comes in the form of the white midsole, which is wedged between the tonal upper and the gum outsole, making for a sneaker that pops.

These have been spotted tearing up the streets of Tokyo over at atmos, which means that a U.S. release is sure to follow. Chances are they won’t be that expensive either and that's great news for your wallet.
