Nike Air Force 1 AC ‘NBA Playoffs’ Pack

With the NBA Playoffs in full swing, Nike is capitalizing on the games with an Air Force 1 silhouette that salutes the playing teams.

The Air Force 1 AC "NBA Playoffs" pack honors Kobe Bryant (black/purple/yellow) of the Los Angeles Lakers, Kevin Durant (navy and black) of the Oklahoma Thunder and LeBron James (red and black) of the Miami Heat.

The shoe trifecta boasts heavy-duty canvas upper with an autoclave (AC) construction on the outsole to make the shoe feel light on your feet. In addition, each kick comes with tortoise shells on the eyelets and the stitched Nike Air branding on the back tab. The swoosh" emblem is in suede except for Kobe’s shoe, which is in scaly leather to represent the black mamba.

Sadly, the sneakers won’t be available for purchase stateside, which leaves us scratching our heads. What's up with that Nike?

If you can read Japanese, you can pre-order the Air Force 1 AC "NBA Playoffs" pack at Japanese retailers like Kinetics and Mita for $80 apiece. The pack will release on May 17.
