Hollywood Exotic Car Rental has filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj claiming the female emcee caused close to $12,000 in damages to a pink 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago she rented for her 'Massive Attack' video. In the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court on June 11, the car company says the car was driven "off-road" creating damage in the exact amount of $11,589.41.

In addition to claims that Minaj damaged the car, the rental company also alleges she failed to pay the three day rental fee of $1,750 a day -- totaling $5,250. Hollywood Exotic Car Rental is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage and punitive damage.
