Barbie fans everywhere can rejoice because Nicki Minaj has finally announced an official release date for her debut album. Young Money's First Lady made the long-awaited announcement via Twitter yesterday, writing to fans, "Yes. It's time. November 23."

In the past few months, Minaj has been featured on several hit songs with artists including Usher, Ludacris and Mariah Carey, but she recently scored her first no. 1 hit with 'Your Love.' The song topped the Billboard Rap Songs list, making it the first single by a female rapper -- without a feature -- to hold down the number one spot since Missy Elliot's 'Work It' in 2002.

Minaj told MTV that she originally had no intentions of releasing the song, but had no choice after it was leaked. "I was not planning on putting the song out at all," Minaj said. "But then I heard it one day, somebody told me it was online. And I was like, 'No way, no way in the world that song is out.' I went and listened to it and was really upset. It wasn't mixed, it wasn't finished, it wasn't anything -- I wasn't gonna use it at all. But then radio started playing it."

Minaj has revealed that her still-untitled album will feature heavy production from Swizz Beatz. The Hype Williams-directed video for 'Your Love,' is set to premiere within the next few weeks.
