Nicki Minaj, the woman whose dubbed her legion of fans Barbz since she emerged on the scene, is getting her very own Barbie doll.

The Queens native has teamed with Mattel to make a one-of-a-kind Nicki Minaj Barbie doll. The exclusive mini Minaj is being crafted for charity to benefit Project Angel Food, which provides food for men, women and children affected by HIV and AIDS.

Her doll will be available for auction at CharityBuzz.com and bids will start at $1,000. Offerings will be received until Dec. 19 while the Nicki Minaj Barbie doll will be on display at Divine Design's five-day event and gala at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

"Barbie is obviously a pop culture icon," Stefani Yocky, a Barbie spokeswoman, tells Billboard.com. " She's been in the spotlight for over 50 years, and strikes that chord with girls of all ages in terms of being representative of the times. And Nicki is a big part of pop culture and also huge within the fashion industry, as well as a big Barbie fan. It's really exciting for us that she's been so generous to allow us to create this one-of-a-kind doll to support such an important cause."

In the past, a one-of-a-kind Barbie doll has been created for Janet Jackson to be auctioned off at the same event.

On the music front, the 'Pink Friday' creator scored a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. The awards air live Feb. 12, 2012 at 8PM ET on CBS. Two days after fans find out if she earns the coveted trophy -- she competes with Roc Nation rapper J. Cole, folk band Bon Iver, country group The Band Perry and dubstep producer Scrillex -- she'll release her sophomore LP, 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,' on Valentine's Day.
