2011 is on its way out the door and tons of music stars have plans to ring in the new year at soirees all over the country. The competition is stiff in the race for the city with the most star power, but New York City, Las Vegas, Miami and Los Angeles are all boasting an impressive roster of big names. According to Rap-Up.com, heavy hitters like Drake, Nicki Minaj, Lupe Fiasco and Chris Brown, among others, are all booked for appearances at some of the biggest New Year's Eve bashes.

Drizzy will take his talents to NBC with a performance on 'New Year's Eve with Carson Daily,' joining The Roots and Cee Lo Green, before heading to Las Vegas for a show the next day. His fellow Young Money family member Tyga is also scheduled to appear in Sin City, toasting the new year at Crown Theater inside the Rio.

Vegas will also host Chris Brown at PURE nightclub, B.o.B., whose locked in at LAX inside the Luxor Hotel and John Legend, who will bring in 2012 at Moon inside the Palms. Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am will be at the nearby Wynn Hotel, partying the night away at club Encore and Mary J. Blige is set to kick-off the opening of RPM at the newly remodeled Tropicana hotel.

Over in the Big Apple, Nicki Minaj will perform on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve With Ryan Seacrest.' The show is full of other big names including Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, plus pre-taped performances from Taio Cruz, Gym Class Heroes, Pitbull and LMFAO. Rumor has it that Beyonce will also show up at the celebration, but most likely that will be a pre-taped set as well with all of this labor news this week. J.Cole and Mac Miller will also party it up in Times Square for MTV'S 'NYE in NYC 2012' celebration.

Miami has also snagged a few notable big names including Rick Ross, who will host a party at Cameo, and Lauryn Hill, who will take the stage at the Shelborne Beach Resort.

Hollywood will flex its celebrity muscle with Lupe Fiasco performing at the Kodak Theatre for the 'Bing Bang New Year's Eve' event hosted by actor Mario Lopez. Partygoers are set to enjoy tunes from Tom Cruise's son Conner, aka DJ C-Squared, who will man the turntables. Additionally, rapper Kreayshawn will keep it "West Coast," headlining a show at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco.
