New Tupac Album ‘One Nation’ Coming Soon

Tupac‘s fabled ‘One Nation’ album may finally see the official light of day. The album was recorded in 1996 with Brooklyn, N.Y.’s Boot Camp Clik, in an effort to quiet the brewing east coast/west coast beef. Boot Camp flew out to California to record the album, which was completed, then shelved immediately after his murder. Though rumors of the album’s existence spread and several tracks leaked, ‘One Nation’ remained in legal limbo.

Now, 13 years later, record label A.E.G. has managed to acquire the rights to the 18 song ‘One Nation’ LP, which will be a digital-only release, dropping via iTunes on March 20th.

Although Pac was still deeply embroiled in beef with the Notorious B.I.G. at the time of the recording, the collaboration album features a track with his former friend/nemesis, along with guest appearances by Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Greg Nice, Big Daddy Kane and Tha Outlawz.

Tupac would be 38 this year, had he lived.
