New Balance 998 Customization

If the only thing holding you back from owning a pair of New Balance 998s is your inability to find the perfect colorway, that problem is officially solved. The shoe has been just added to New Balance's sneaker customization service and the possibilities are now endless.

The service lets you customize 16 different areas of the silhouette with suede, mesh, 3M, herringbone, nubuck and even Horween leather. This should make finding the perfect pair easier than ever because you get complete and total control. Even better is the fact this will be the first time the sneaker is offered for women as well so the ladies aren't being left out either.

Look for New Balance's new sneaker customization platform NB1 to go live on June 8 and you can expect to pay in the area of $200 to get a pair. That's not bad at all for the chance to design your very own pair of New Balance 998s.
