New Balance to Release 2014 Spring/Summer “Blue Tab” Collection
Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon once described New Balance sneakers as “vehicles for your feet.” Although the brand is often associated with streetwear (thanks to collaborations with Ronnie Fieg to Stussy), the Massachsetts-based company also makes athletic shoes for runners. In a couple of days, New Balance will release their Blue Tab collection for Spring/Summer 2014.
The pack features the M890v3, the MR1400 and the MRC1600 sneaker models, which were designed for active runners. All of them come in an all-black silhouette with the REVlite foam technology that is 30 percent lighter than traditional running shoe foams. There’s also 3M detailing on the kicks for night time/early morning protection on the road.
All of the pairs are complemented with the “Blue Tab” signature that acknowledges New Balance’s commitment to style, performance and functionality.
You can buy the full collection at various retailers like U.K. sneaker webstore size? on Feb. 7. Check out the photos below.
