Can't we all just get along? Apparently not. After handing R&B sensation Ne-Yo a pink slip after just a handful of shows on the Double Up tour, R. Kelly is being sued by the singer-songwriter. Ne-Yo claimed he was kicked off the tour because he was upstaging the singer. Kelly has a history of being incapable of sharing a stage and was eventually booted off the Best of Both Worlds tour featuring Jay-Z.

The lawsuit, which Ne-Yo filed on December 31, claims the singer was set to rake in $785,000, but only received $50,000. R. Kelly claims Ne-Yo was never guaranteed a permanent spot in the lineup, which includes songstress Keyshia Cole and newcomer J. Holiday.

In the meantime, Kelly is due in court for his child pornography case on January 14, and a trial date has been set for May 9.
