Ne-Yo's career accomplishments give him the ability to instill advice in those looking to follow his same path, however, not everyone is as focused. Singer Adrienne Bailon, a former member of the group 3LW, is embarking on solo stardom yet she's having trouble keeping her eye on the prize.

In a preview of "Empire Girls," a new reality show on the Style Network starring Bailon and one-time "106 & Park" host Julissa Bermudez, the Libra Scale creator and Bailon get into a heated discussion about her "wasting people's time and money."

Ne-Yo, who serves as Bailon's mentor, pops up at a choreography session she has underway. Startled with her manager, Tishawn and Ne-Yo's sudden arrival, the songstress stops dancing to ask questions like "Do you follow me on Twitter?" rather than practice her dance moves.

Both men are not interested in hearing her complain about her past relationship with reality TV star Rob Kardashian and how the Twitter world still thinks of her more as his ex-girlfriend than a woman with a music career of her own.

"Empire Girls" premieres Sun., June 3 at 9PM ET on the Style Network.
