West Coast singer Nate Dogg has suffered his second stroke in less than one year. According to reports, he is in serious condition and is not able to breathe on his own.

The 39-year-old, born Nathaniel Hale, suffered his first stroke in December of last year leaving him partially paralyzed on his left side. In May, rumors of his death as a result of the stroke began to circulate. His manager Rod McCrew dismissed the reports stating that Nate was on the road to recovery. However, this second stroke comes as a devastating blow as no other details have been released.

The Long Beach native is best known for his distinctive sound, singing the hooks on songs for Dr. Dre, Warren G, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.
