Nas ‘Bye Baby’ Video: MC Bids Marriage Farewell in ’90’s-Inspired Clip

Nas takes it back to the '90s in the video for his new song "Bye Baby," which samples Guy's "Goodbye Love."

Literally bidding farewell to his marriage via a green wedding dress reported to be the only item of ex-wife Kelis' that he kept in the divorce, Nas kicks back with some home movies, reminiscing, while a woman who resembles his ex signs off on their divorce papers, in the nostalgic clip.

"I figured I don't shoot a lot of videos for albums," Nas explains, of the Aristotle-helmed video. "I didn't want that to happen this time, so I wanted to just have it in the can, and it just so turns out that I feel like putting it out now. The visual goes with the song, it's kinda got a '90's feeling to it, too."
