After a seven year hiatus, N.E.R.D. makes a triumphant return with a new single and video for “Lemon” featuring Rihanna.

What makes the group’s new song particularly interesting is RiRi -- who raps her butt off on the track. Her tough-talking bars include asking the paparazzi to “get the lens right” and saluting her favorite basketball player, LeBron James.

"This ain’t a scrimmage / Motherfucka we ain’t finished / I tell you, we won’t stop... / It’s Rihanna, nigga, my constellation is space,” she spits on the bouncy song.

N.E.R.D.’s energetic visual for their single is also entertaining. Dubbed a “Tutorial No. 1,” the Todd Tourso and Scott Cudmore-directed clip finds Rihanna shaving a woman’s head before she breaks out and performs a high-energy, booty-shaking dance routine.

According to Vogue, model and dancer Mette Towley was the women who received the buzz cut from pop superstar. The 26-year-old is a member of Pharrell's dance squad known as the "The Baes." Undoubtedly, Towley will be in high demand after her fantastic performance in the video.

Meanwhile, N.E.R.D is expected to reunite on stage at ComplexCon in Long Beach, Calif., this Saturday (Nov. 4). The group -- Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley -- are also working on their a new album, their first since 2010’s Nothing.

Welcome back, N.E.R.D.!
