Mister Cee Public Sex Rumor Confirmed by Police Report

Rumors that longtime New York DJ Mister Cee, real name Calvin Lebrun, was busted for public indecency last week have been largely unfounded until today (April 5). While his fellow Hot 97-associate Funkmaster Flex has been aggressive and staunch in Cee's defense, official police documents confirm that he was indeed exposed in a homosexual act when arrested.

"The defendant intentionally exposed the private parts of his body in a lewd manner and committed a lewd act in a public space and in private premises in which he might readily be observed from a public place with intent so that he be so observed," reads the report obtained by Rap Radar.

The police report explains in great detail that Lebrun was found inside a vehicle with a 20-year-old man named Lawrence Campbell. "[The officer] observed defendants in a parked car." The document further states observing Campbell "manipulating Lebrun's exposed, naked and erect penis with defendant Campbell's mouth and lips in an up-and-down motion consistent with oral sex."

While many have claimed the rumors were a setup to start a radio war and somehow tarnish the reputation of Hot 97 and Cee, this document from the Criminal Court of New York City has been verified by the justice system and any lies therein would be punishable by imprisonment.
