Seven may just be Missy Elliott's lucky number. The Virginia native released her last album, Cookbook, seven years ago in 2005, and makes her return with two new tracks featuring her longtime collaborator Timbaland.

The songs, titled "9th Inning" and "Triple Threat," are to appear on her forthcoming seventh LP, tentatively titled Block Party.

Produced by Timbo, "9th Inning," finds the producer commanding the chorus as Missy serves the verses. "Now I'm in the 9th inning, thought I fell off ain't quite finished," she spits. "Haters y'all lame, you a Missy fan." "Triple Threat," also produced by Timbaland, opens with some sweeping violins and features the rhymer boasting of her talents. "I'm a pretty diva, call me senorita," she raps. "I'm so fresh I'll find the cleaners/ Triple threat, rap, dance and I'm a singer."
