In the mix of memes and covers following the release of Drake's "Hotline Bling," it seems people can't help creating their own spin on the melodic tune -- including the heavyweight champ, Mike Tyson.

While promoting the second season of his show, Mike Tyson Mysteries, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 49-year-old former boxer took the mic and used some of his best serenading skills and dance moves to sing Drizzy's tune.

Backed by The Roots, Tyson remixed the words with his own explicit lyrics. "You used to call me on the ce-ll phone / You want to be alone with me / You used to call me on the cell-ll phone / For you to get the big bone," he sings.

The moment was inspired by a meme, posted by Questlove, who also works as the drummer for The Tonight Show. "You uthed to call me on the thell phone," the photo of Tyson reads, highlighting his well-known lisp. "It's never pop culture official until Mike puts his 2 thenths in," Quest wrote as the caption of the photo, which shows Tyson holding a cell phone to his ear.

"I always thought me and you were cool. I never talked to you on the phone, man," Tyson tells Quest. "We are cool," exclaims the Philadelphia native in response.

Tyson, who recently endorsed Donald Trump for president, said the "season third" of his Adult Swim series may feature rappers like Flavor Flav and Snoop Dogg. And as for the 69-year-old presidential hopeful, Tyson said he's willing to back him for the job.

"Let's try something new. Let's run America like a business, where no colors matter. Whoever can do the job, gets the job," he said on HuffPost Live.
