Miguel Demands More Women During ‘Kaleidoscope Dream’ Show — Video

Miguel had a big day Tuesday (July 31). The awesomely coiffed R&B riser played Joe’s Pub in New York City to celebrate the release of Kaleidoscope Dream: The Water Preview — an EP that begins a three-stage roll-out of his sophomore album, Kaleidoscope Dream, which arrives in full Oct. 2 — and as such, he was well-justified in making a few demands.

“May I have a water on the stage, please, and more women in the front,” the L.A. singer said at one point in his performance, reports. “There’s too many men up here. With all due respect, fellas, I’m not playing.”

Any ladies who made their way up front got a good view of Miguel covering Tupac‘s “I Get Around,” which he segued into his single “Quickie.” Catch the performance below, via Livestream — just be sure to gather some ladies around the monitor.
