Miguel, Grammys 2013: ‘Adorn’ Wins Best R&B Song

Miguel’s “Adorn” won the award for Best R&B Song at the 2013 Grammy Awards. The song was also nominated in the Best R&B Performance category, where it lost out to Usher’s “Climax.”

The song beat out Tamia’s “Beautiful Surprise;” Trey Songz’s “Heart Attack;” Anthony Hamilton’s “Pray For Me” and Elle Varner’s “Refill.”

While those are all good tunes, we’re gonna go out on a limb here and say “Adorn” had very little competition in this category. No song R&B spmg embedded itself as firmly in our consciousness this year.

The singer took the win one step further at the Grammys, performing it with Wiz Khalifa in tow.
