Miguel Redeemed at BET Awards

Miguel had a big night at the 2013 BET Awards, in what could be seen as redemption for his performance gaffe at the 2013 Billboard Awards. Okay, so nothing will be able to make people forget about his infamous leg drop, but winning the award for Best R&B/Pop Artist will certainly silence some of the slander.Miguel was invited on stage a number of times last night, usually in partnership with another artist. He brought out Kendrick Lamar as they performed the remix to 'How Many Drinks.' He then came out during Mariah Carey's set and the two performed Mariah's new single '#Beautiful.' They actually performed one of the new remixes that came out for the song, as they were joined on stage by Young Jeezy.

Finally, Miguel joined J. Cole on stage to perform their most recent collaboration, 'Power Trip.' Clearly, the singer had an incredible amount of air time, but considering the success of his own album, 'Kaleidoscope Dream,' along with all the big collaborations he's notched under his belt, the air time was deserved.
