Although Drake's 'Trophies' was a hotly-anticipated track, a lot of hip-hop fans bemoaned the numerous unsolicited freestyles they were going to be hearing for the next few weeks. They can't really be too mad at a Migos freestyle over the Hit-Boy beat though.

The Atlanta trio once again showcase their versatility on the 'Trophies' freestyle, as the group switches from the same nimble, rapid-fire flow they made a name of to victorious sing-song. "In the hood you earn your stripes, like Olympics got gold medals / But none of that means nothing to me, I'll celebrate with my family," Migos sings, sticking to the song's original theme.

A Migos freestyle over a Drake beat seems long overdue because of how the Toronto rapper was clearly influenced by the trio's vocal delivery this year. After adopting their flow, Drake went on to apply it on 'Nothing Was the Same''s 'The Language' and recently 'We Made It,' which is itself a freestyle. Migos also freestyled over 'Pound Cake.'

One of the first things to look forward to in 2014 is Migos' 'YRN 2' mixtape, which drops in January.
