Meek Mill paid a visit to Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97 and spit some verses that are getting some attention.

The Philly rhymer has been heavily promoting his new Wins & Losses album that dropped Friday (July 21,) where he addressed his past relationship with Nicki Minaj among other things.

But on the Hot 97 freestyle, Mr. Mill didn't rap about ex-girlfriends. Instead, he delivered some of those gritty bars that made him famous in the first place.

"Last night was mad real / Be popping percs like they Advils / And I've been putting on for my city seven summers and they acting like they mad still / I show these n----- how that cash feel / I even let them eat my last meal / And any n----- go against the squad on God I make a call and get that man killed," he spits with a grimace on his face.

Ever since news that he was no longer hitting the road with Yo Gotti on the Against All Odds Tour, Meek has been working extremely hard to spread the word about Wins & Losses.

About a week ago, the rapper dropped the video for his cut "Issues," and he also released chapter one and two of his Wins & Losses short film.

If that wasn't enough, the DreamChaser announced that he'll be doing three pop shows in New York, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia respectively, and it's likely he'll be announcing a big solo tour soon as well.
