Earlier this year, Los Angeles rappers MED and Blu collaborated on a fantastic project called 'The Burgundy EP.' The collection featured the duo rapping over sample-based production by the great producer Madlib. The trio rekindles the magic again on a new EP, 'The Buzz.'

The eight-song vinyl EP features the title track and, on the B-side, ’Peroxide,' featuring fellow Stones Throw artist Dam-Funk. The entire collection includes instrumentals, a cappella tracks, two vocal tracks and a bonus beat.

'The Buzz' is a soulful tune with its soul sample, crooner Mayer Hawthrone on the hook and MED and Blu spitting smooth rhymes about their ladyloves.

"She got her head on right / Must thanked the queen that gave her life (yeah) / No flaw, few scars like beauty marks / New car, good job, most she got," MED rhymes about his beauty queen.

Meanwhile, Blu compliments his girl for give him that sweet loving.

"What she’s feeling ain’t the lyrics on my tape / What I’m killin’ ain’t the instrumental / Go get them rentals for them sentimental dates / We linking continentals / I’m thinking about our issues with the ripples on the lake," he raps.

If you love their previous collaboration with 'The Burgundy EP,' you don’t want to sleep on this new project.

MED and Blu’s 'The Buzz' EP will be available on Nov. 26 via Fat Beats. Pre-order your copy right here.
