Those lucky enough to attend the 2017 Soul Beach Music Festival in Aruba next Memorial  Day Weekend will undoubtedly have a memorable experience, especially now that Mary J. Blige has been added to the bill.

The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul will be joining both Usher and The Roots who've already been booked, and there will be a host of other events outside of the concert as well. For those not familiar with the festival — now in its 17th year — the attendees will be treated to a mixture of down home Caribbean culture and American soul, R&B and hip-hop music.

Plus, Ronella Tjin Asjoe-Croes, who's the CEO of the Aruba Tourism Authority, said the yearly event will create an experience that people won't soon forget.

"[This event will be] offering a collaboration of authentic culture and celebrated music," she said in a press release. "Aruba is thrilled to welcome such an impressive group of artists to our happy island, including R&B sensation Mary J. Blige ... The Soul Beach Music Festival will create treasured memories and unique experiences for all our visiting guests."

The festival will last five days in total, and things will kick off on May 24, 2017.
