Mack 10 and his label Hoo Bangin' Entertainment have been hit with a $100,000 lawsuit for unpaid royalties. Producer Ervin "EP" Pope is seeking compensation for producing the two tracks, 'Big Balla,' and 'It's Your Life,' which appeared on Mack's 2009 album 'Soft White.'

According to the lawsuit, EP claims that he made an oral agreement with Mack 10 -- real name, Dedrick Rolison -- to receive a total of $60,000 for producing both songs, but never received any payment. Now, EP is demanding funds for both tracks, plus additional funds for sales royalties and a court order to prohibit further acts of infringement.

EP has worked with several high-profile hip-hop artists in recent years, including Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, The Game and Jay-Z. Mack 10 was previously married to TLC's T-Boz and is a former member of the hip-hop trio Westside Connection, with Ice Cube and WC.
