Machine Gun Kelly was arrested early Sunday morning (Jan. 29) for disorderly conduct after performing a show in Florida.

The Cleveland rapper, who signed a deal with Diddy‘s Bad Boy Records last year, was taken into custody at 4:12AM following his show at the State Theatre in St. Petersburg. Kelly, 21, took to Twitter to explain what happened.

“Just spent my entire night in a f—ing Florida jail…s— escaladed way to quick last night, it always does with us though,” he tweeted to more than 233,000 of his followers.

Born Richard Baker, the ‘Wild Boy’ performer was released after he posted a $100 bond.

He is scheduled to take the stage at his next show in Los Angeles on Feb. 8.
