Underground rapper/Wu-Tang affiliate M-Eighty isn't worried about breaking a Billboard charts record or selling a million album. Instead, the rapper wants to stick to what he knows and will attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Record's record for longest freestyle on Dec. 19. Canadian rapper D.O. currently holds the Guinness record with his 8 hours and 45 min. long freestyle.

"I don't think it was ever a question of whether I could freestyle for x amount of time; I believe you can do anything you set your mind to," M-Eighty said in a statement. "I chose to take on this obstacle because at the end of the day I am providing a great service to others and doing something life altering for an entire community in the name of education."

And for M-Eighty this isn't just about smashing D.O.'s record. The feat will will also raise money for the construction of a secondary school in Africa. The rapper has teamed up with the International Studies Program at Indiana University/Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) and the Timmy Foundation to raise $30,000. Good luck M.
