Lupe Fiasco, fresh off scoring his first Billboard-topping album with 'Lasers,' will be taking his show on the road for a full U.S. tour. The Chicago-based rapper will play songs from his three studio albums over 16 dates across the nation.

Visiting mostly nightclubs and college campuses, the Fiasco tour kicks off at the DUB Car Show at Los Angeles' L.A. Convention Center on March 27. He plans to perform gigs at Duke, Yale, Penn State, as well as New York City's Roseland Ballroom. The tour concludes May 11 at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Recently, during an appearance on Power 105.1's Breakfast Club morning show, Lupe explained how touring is actually the most integral part of his success. "I can go on tour for three years and chill... I can go do a show for 60,000 people and do it 70 times," he said. Lupe's label, and frequent foe, Atlantic Records earns no money off of his shows.
