Ludacris is most definitely back in action on the music front and he's prepared to go to war. So much hype has been building for 'Battle of the Sexes,' Luda's seventh official studio record, that the album's release date has been moved up one week. Now available March 9, the record apparently features a conceptual battle between Ludacris and some of the most prominent female rappers in the game.

"It's been pushed up a week due to the anticipation." Luda said in an interview with Meet Tha Dealer TV. "Feeling good. 'Battle of the Sexes' just got picked up on the Black Eyed Peas tour, so we'll be promoting that starting Thursday all the way until the end of April ... Females from the past, present and future. Everybody from Eve, Trina, Lil Kim, Nicki Minaj. I got records talking about women, to women, women talking back to me and at the same time, just great music. I always try to out-do myself and reinvent."

In addition to the prominent female guests, there's also confirmed appearances from Trey Songz, Rick Ross, Flo Rida and Pitbull. The official track list remains elusive, but Luda checked-in enough during the process to lead us to believe that The Neptunes, Swizz Beatz, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and Bangladesh will all make production appearances.

Not convinced? Just check out this photo of a mustached Pharrell that Luda recently posted on Twitter. It's pretty much the best thing ever.
