Ludacris may already have nabbed a platinum plaque for 'How Low,' the first single off his recently released 'Battle of the Sexes', but he's already on to the next one. Luda's 'My Chick Bad,' featuring Nicki Minaj, has officially reached platinum status as of last night, when the Atlanta-based emcee posted a tweet sharing the good news.

"My Chick Bad is Platinum!!!" he wrote. "Download ASAP on iTunes so we can get it to 2x Plat!!!" His partner in rhyme also confirmed the news. "Shout out to Luda," Minaj tweeted. "He just announced 'My Chick Bad' is officially Platinum. Thank u guys 4 the continued support :)."

This marks the fourth time that Ludacris has passed the million sales mark with a track since he first went platinum with 'Money Maker' in 2006. He earned his second certification a few months later as a featured artist on Ciara's 'Oh.' His third platinum plaque came this past April with 'How Low.' And while Nicki is newer to the game than Luda, she's already got a double-platinum single on her resume, with Young Money's 'BedRock' receiving its certification this Spring.

'Battle of the Sexes,' Ludacris' seventh studio album, was released this past March and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Featuring guest appearances from Trina, Trey Songz, Flo Rida, Gucci Mane and more, the album focuses on the discrepancies that exist between genders and was originally intended to be a full-length collaboration effort with Shawnna before she left Luda's Disturbing Tha Peace imprint. To date, 'Sexes' has sold more than 400,000 units.
