The 34-year-old is accused of fondling, molesting and performing various sex acts with a 15-year-old girl in his hometown of Lodi, N.J. Allegedly, the two interacted in a sexual manner at various times between September 2009 and April 2010.

Harris faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. If the jury finds him guilty, the reality star could face up to 20 years in prison.

Harris is described in his biography on VH1 as "a well-known name throughout New York City" and "focused on building an empire in the music industry," despite his beginnings in real estate. He is the owner of a studio in the Bronx called Beat Factor and manages several New York-based rappers

During jury selection on Wednesday, the defendant was not present and he remains free without bail. The court has scheduled opening remarks to be made on Jan. 29.
