Logic just announced that he's launching his own record label called Elysium, so he can better control his art and brand.

"Elysium was created mainly because I don't trust anybody else with the precious cargo that is my family," he said in a YouTube video. "I wanted to create a place where they can feel free and literally do whatever they want because this is so much more than just music. It really is a family."

The first artist to officially come out on the label will be the rapper Big Lenbo, who like Logic, is from Maryland. He's already dropped three songs— "Ice Cold," "Stupid," and "Protect Your Neck (Remix)."

Other acts on Elysium include John Lindahl, Damian Lemar Hudson and Jessica Andrea, Logic's wife, who has an EP coming out soon.

As far as the "Black Spiderman" creator himself, he's now in the throws of his Everybody tour with Joey Bada$$ that'll stop in Magna, Utah on July 7. From there, he'll swing by Las Vegas on July 8, and then he'll hit Los Angeles the very next day. The last stop of the tour will be on Aug. 26 in Toronto, Ontario.
